This policy explains what personal data RoyalProxy collects, why, and how long it is kept. We collect only what we need to run your account and plans.
1. Data we collect when you sign up
When you create an account, we store the following.
- The username you choose at sign-up.
- Your password, stored only as a hash, never in plain text.
- A hash of the IP address used at signup, used to apply the limit of 3 accounts per IP address.
2. Payment records
Top-ups are paid through a secure payment window. From it, we receive and keep payment records such as the amount, currency, network, transaction ID and status.
We do not receive or store wallet private keys or card details.
3. Account and order data
We keep your balance, top-up history, orders, plan settings, proxy username, Allowed IPs and usage needed for billing, so the dashboard can show them and plans can run.
4. Cookies
RoyalProxy uses a small number of cookies needed for the site to work.
- Session cookie: keeps you signed in.
- Language cookie: remembers the language you chose.
- First-visit source cookie: records where your first visit came from, such as a search page or a link.
5. How we use data
We use your data to run your account, process top-ups and orders, and prevent abuse of the service.
6. Sharing
RoyalProxy does not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers that help run the service, such as the payment window and hosting, and only as much as they need, or when the law requires it.
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account is open. After an account is deleted, we remove its personal data, except payment and order records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons.
8. Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your account from the account itself. When an account is deleted, its remaining balance is removed with it and cannot be restored, so we suggest using the balance before you ask.
9. Changes to this policy
RoyalProxy may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
