This policy sets out how RoyalProxy proxies may be used. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account and plan.

1. Allowed uses

RoyalProxy proxies are meant for lawful business and personal tasks, for example:

  • Collecting publicly available web data.
  • Ad verification in different countries.
  • Price and product monitoring.
  • SEO checks and search result tracking by location.
  • QA and testing of websites and apps from different locations.

2. Forbidden uses

You may not use RoyalProxy for any of the following.

  • Accessing banking or financial institution logins.
  • Accessing government sites.
  • Any illegal activity.
  • Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Credential stuffing or trying to access accounts that are not yours.
  • DDoS attacks or any traffic meant to overload a service.
  • Anything that breaks the laws that apply to the target site.

3. Respect the sites you access

Follow the laws that apply to you and to each target site. Collect only public data, and keep request rates at a level that does not harm the site.

4. Account and credential use

Keep your proxy username, proxy password and Allowed IPs under your control. You are responsible for all traffic sent with your credentials, including traffic from people you share them with.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

RoyalProxy may block certain targets at the gateway and review reports of abuse. Accounts that abuse the service are suspended.

6. Balance on suspended accounts

If an account is suspended for breaking this policy, its active plans stop and the remaining balance is not refunded.

7. Changes to this policy

RoyalProxy may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
